Replacement Policy

Our customer service team is happy to serve you in the event of an exchange for any sold item, subject to compliance with the following conditions:

 

Exchange Process:

 

within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The piece must be in its original condition, free from traces of use, makeup, and odors.

The piece must be with all its accessories, without damage or alteration.

The piece will be re-sent if the previous conditions are not met.

 

Replacement Process:

 

In the event that the size previously sent by the customer is need to be replaced, an email will should be sent with the required size and the part number will be provided to us.

The customer bears the shipping costs for the exchange.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

The order can be canceled within 3 days from the date of payment . The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 days

 

Cancellation Process:

An email should be sent by the customer to cancel the order and provide us with the account number and part number.
